I am Rebecca, registered clinical Counsellor in Queensland.

Rebecca Rylands is a group facilitator and speaker, dedicated to creating safe spaces where healing begins through connection. Founder of Heartfelt Drumming, she brings a unique blend of therapeutic knowledge, creative energy and lived experience to every circle she holds. With a background in counselling and a special focus on perinatal mental health and children’s wellbeing, Rebecca understands the power of rhythm to support identity, resilience and emotional expression. Her grounded approach helps people feel seen, supported and uplifted one beat at a time.
